The NSB series can be configured through the Simplir Integrated Interface™ GUI or as a stand alone server with an encrypted menu interface.

Like all Simplir appliances, the name core features direct upgrades and patching. Since Simplir monitors and responds to all CERT advisories on security patches, you don't have to wonder whether or not security upgrades are needed. Simplir does it for you. Just use the quick upgrade feature, and eliminate the need for skilled personnel to waste valuable time installing product upgrades and security patches.

Typically two units are connected in a high availability, master/slave configuration, providing true hardware and network redundancy. In the unlikely event of the master developing a problem, the slave automatically continues service for your domains, assuring continuous DNS service.
